This year's State Fair, along with Pacers Sports & Entertainment, celebrates "The State That Grew the Game." We're celebrating that time-honored tradition of Indiana basketball with the HAT Farm Hoop Photo Contest, brought to you by CountryMark and the Indiana State Fair.
