Bicentennial Quilt Online Auction
The Auction is now live!

The highlight of this historic auction is the sale of the Bicentennial Barn Quilt, which was named Outstanding Bicentennial Collaborative Project by Indiana Historical Society. Other selected auction items will help us reach our goal!
The quilt features 92 hand-made squares, with a barn from each of Indiana's 92 counties represented in a quilted image. On the back of the quilt is a listing of each county's square and the name of the artist who created the square, to provide a permanent record of the artists. It features hand-quilting by Ruby Borkholder.
During Indiana's Bicentennial, 2016, the quilt travelled across Indiana to over 50 different locations and has been admired by thousands of people. All proceeds from this auction will go toward Indiana Barn Foundation's Barn Preservation Grant Fund, which will be named after the late Mauri Williamson, a founding board member of IBF. The quilt was created to promote and benefit Indiana Barn Foundation, and received endorsement as a Bicentennial Legacy Project.

The quilt will be hand-delivered to the purchaser, within the state of Indiana. Other items will be shipped for an additional cost of $5.00 within the continental U.S., unless other arrangements are made with auction coordinator. Winning auctions must be paid in full within five business days of the end of the auction before items are delivered.
